LIVING AREAS & BEDROOMS

The villa features three well-appointed, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating couples, families, or groups of friends. The master bedroom, with its expansive ocean views, provides a serene space to wake up to the sound of the waves. The other two bedrooms, located towards the rear of the property, offer a quiet retreat after a day of surfing or exploring the local area.

At the heart of Surf Beach House 24 is an inviting L-shaped open-plan kitchen and living area, designed with both functionality and relaxation in mind. This dual-aspect space seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors; the kitchen opens onto a dining veranda overlooking the pool, while the living room offers direct access to the oceanfront garden. Here, guests can enjoy panoramic views across the surf break, stretching out to a picturesque nearby island.

The outdoor areas are equally impressive, featuring a spacious veranda equipped with a large dining table and an array of comfortable seating options. Surf Beach House 24 is a full-service villa, ensuring a stress-free stay with housekeeping included. Guests have the option to enjoy meals prepared by the villa’s skilled chef, who can whip up delicious Sri Lankan curries and other meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The pricing for dining at the villa is straightforward, with *groceries charged at cost plus a 20% fee. For those who prefer to self-cater, the kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils.

Prices may change based on the time of your booking, arrival date, and length of stay. Whilst every effort is made to keep rates current, they are subject to change from time to time. If there is a rate change you will be informed before a booking is confirmed. Confirmed booking rates will not change.

Security deposit: Upon arrival at the villa you may be required to pay a security deposit. The security deposit, if applicable, will be returned to you prior to departure or as agreed less any extra charges or costs for accidental damage to the property.

Check-in/out

• Usual Check-in after 2.30 pm and Check out – By 10.30 am
• Late check-outs up to 6.00 pm may incur a half-day charge, after 6.00 pm a full day may be charged.
• Every effort will be made to accommodate other check-in/out times but this will depend on availability.
