The large beach villa in Unawatuna, close to Talpe, boasts seven bedrooms, spread across two buildings. The main house is home to the living and dining areas, along with three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The remaining four bedrooms are situated in the second building, providing space for an additional 8 guests. The beach villa features a private swimming pool with direct beach access and is conveniently located adjacent to our smaller villa, Villa #1, making it an ideal choice for larger groups, accommodating up to 19 guests.

Should you wish to enjoy a dish outside the standard villa menu, this can be discussed with the villa manager and/or chef during your stay.
Villa Staff: The experienced and knowledgeable manager/host will oversee the property and assist you during your stay. Your rooms will be made up by the housekeeper/maid, who will also make sure your needs are attended to so that you can relax and enjoy the perfect getaway.
Security: The Villa has a 24-hr security, so your mind is at ease while you’re on holiday.

Airport Transfer : The villa is a 2-hr drive from the airport along the highway. We can arrange airport transfers in advance with a reliable independent taxi service.

After a disappointing experience the year before (2023) at another “luxury” beach villa in Talaramba – with a dirty shoreline, isolated feel, and frankly unwelcoming service—this was a breath of fresh air. The beach here is pristine: wide, golden, and exactly what you imagine when dreaming of a tropical holiday.
The service was warm and polished throughout. Our chef prepared incredible meals daily, the staff were attentive and respectful, and the property itself felt like a true home—albeit with the perks of a boutique hotel.
If you’re after a genuine beach villa experience in Sri Lanka, in a prime location close to Galle, this is it. We’ll absolutely be returning.”

“We think this is the best small hotel in this price range in Sri Lanka. A beautiful garden directly on the beach. You can walk out from the garden and you have almost the beach for yourself. No one is disturbing you……. The houses are in the middle of the garden with beautiful flowers and of course Palm trees. A nice big swimming pool with salt water makes makes the garden super. You can have food at a cabana close to the sea, only 10 meters to the sea, but of course it is possible to eat at the verandas. The rooms are very big and spacious and they have all lofty ceilings especially the hall – 15 meters. The rooms are nice furnished with interesting pieces of art and antiques. The rooms are very clean and they have all AC:s. The service was outstanding ! I can really recommend the Villa. We were the only guests why we felt as it was our own house !”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it is a beautiful place, and you feel just like at home!
The bedrooms don’t have the luxury of a 5 stars hotel, but it is so beautiful and well furnished, that you feel very comfortable. The only down side was the bathroom for us, because there is only 1 small cabin shower, but all the rest was amazing.
The bedroom is very spacious, and the balcony too. We had the room number 6, which i believe is the best room to stay in, because you have a big balcony and an amazing view on the sea.
There is other bedroom overlooking on the back garden, which i don’t recommend, because there is no balcony, which makes the room a lot smaller. You should stay in the ocean view bedroom.
The staff are amazingly nice, and the chef is wonderful. When you arrive, you have to tell him what you wish to eat, he will go shopping for you, and cook for you. We had fresh fish, and it was really tasty and well cooked.
The place is divided into 2 villas. The main villa with 2 bedrooms upstairs (which shares the same balcony), it is good if you come with friends and you occupy the 2 rooms at the same time. But if you come alone or as a couple, it is nicer to stay in the second villa. There is 2 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. We had the bedroom with the sea view upstairs in the second villa, really nice.
The swimming pool was very nice, we enjoyed it, since the hotel was almost empty, we felt like it was our own house. The staff are very helpful, and very discrete, which makes you feel very comfortable, like at home.
We had breakfast in the morning in the garden, right next to the beach, it was amazing.
The beach is beautiful and not crowed (but too many waves to swim), you can enjoy a nice walk on the beach (there is direct access to the beach from the villa).
Plus the villa is located 10 minutes away from Unawatuna beach, with all the crowed places (bars, restaurants…) if you wish to go out and party a bit.
There is also Jungle beach at 20 minutes by touc touc, which is a beautiful natural beach, with no waves, nice to swim and enjoy the nature.
This was our favorite place during our stay in Sri Lanka. We tried different 5 stars hotels, but we preferred the villa, because we felt so comfortable, and relaxed.
We really highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing vacations.”

“The villa was outstanding! We had 11 people staying over the 7 bedrooms and everyone had so much space. The property is immaculately maintained and we received great service from the staff. We also had a BBQ dinner here on the first night which everyone also loved!
It’s close to Unawatuna strip without being around the noise/lights. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you have a large group! Wish we could have stayed longer!!”
