Villa Staff: The experienced and knowledgeable manager/host will oversee the property and assist you during your stay.

• The villa’s skilled private chef/Cook will happily prepare a range of delicious meals from a suggested menu, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements (you pay only for ingredients & transport for shopping).
• Your rooms will be made up by the housekeeper/maid, who will also make sure your needs are attended to so that you can relax and enjoy the perfect getaway.

Security: Host/Manager in charge – The villa in Sri Lanka includes night time security between 6pm – 7am.

Payment is based solely on the ingredients used, with children’s menus and special dietary requests readily accommodated.

For added convenience, guests have the option to provide the manager/chef with a float at the beginning of their stay, allowing the chef to handle grocery shopping and present receipts at check-out. Any remaining balance or additional expenses can be settled accordingly, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience throughout your stay at the villa.

Security deposit: Upon arrival at the villa you may be required to pay a security deposit. The security deposit, if applicable, will be returned to you prior to departure or as agreed less any extra charges or costs for accidental damage to the property.

Check-in/out

• Usual Check-in after 2.30 pm and Check out – Before 10.30 am
• Late check-outs up to 6.00 pm may incur a half-day charge, after 6.00 pm a full day may be charged.
• Every effort will be made to accommodate other check-in/out times but this will depend on availability.
