This elegant ground floor bedroom is furnished with a king-sized four-poster bed, offering a restful haven. It also includes a capacious walk-in wardrobe for your belongings. If you’re traveling with a larger group, the villa sits adjacent to Villa 20 and Villa 71. Combining these three villas allows for accommodation of up to 22 guests across 10 ensuite bedrooms. Alternatively, it’s perfect as a 6-bedroom villa rental for groups of 12 to 14 guests. When combined with Villa 71, Villa 19 & 20 together can sleep 14 to 15 guests across 7 bedrooms. Breakfasts are included in the room charge. This villa has an experienced chef, who can cook a wide range of Eastern, Western dishes and traditional Sri Lankan meals. Guests are sure to have fresh fish and seafood straight from the local market or even better from the fishermen who come to the villa to sell their ‘catch of the morning’.

Events bookings: The maximum number of guests is 30 pax. We require a minimum 3 nights booking, plus an event fee of US$300+ and a refundable security deposit of US$300+.

“A magnificent slice of paradise on the south coast” – Date of stay: February 2022
“Our week at the Villa rates as one of the best family holidays we have ever had. The villa is large and spacious and the rooms are furnished to a high standard (lovely linens) in a clean and fresh style. There is a beautiful waterlily pond at the front of the villa and large pieces of artwork placed all around. We loved waking up with the upstairs balcony doors open and listening to the ocean at the end of the garden. During the daytime, our children chased peacocks and squirrels in the garden, and at night went hunting for fireflies – magical stuff! The beach directly out the front of the villa is not really suitable for swimming with children, however, we spend many hours exploring the rock pools and enjoying morning and afternoon walks there each day. We spent a few lovely days at the villa 19. It is much less crowded and developed than Unawatuna or others closer to Galle, we found perfect for the kids. Most days were spent at the villa, swimming in the very decent-sized pool, and enjoying G&T sundowners which were mixed to perfection. We were blown away by the warm and genuine friendliness of our hosts and their team, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could wish for. The Chef is an accomplished cook and our daily feasts of fresh fruit and hopper breakfasts, fresh seafood, delectable curries and great ice creams were outstanding. Would we return? In a heartbeat!”
