The property is an excellent holiday letting option for large groups, especially if they require additional accommodation with its sister villas, Villa 19 or 20. While we cannot guarantee availability for the first villa next to Villa 71, availability is generally not an issue except for the usual Festive Christmas/New Year period. “We have been going to the beach, from five-star chain hotels to boutique hotels to villas. This is exceptional by any measure, from the amenities to the clean beach to the food. The service is also very good indeed, though we had a couple of minor slips. The main bedroom has got a separate bath/shower/toilet area, while the other three do have the basin in the room. The games room has board games, and much more. This is an incredible property and should be the pride of Sri Lanka. The main room is not soundproof, and since it is near the road on a weekday you will hear bus borns on the main Galle Road. This is a premium property, so don’t expect good value. If you have use for four rooms (we were 7 adults and 3 children), this is an excellent choice for a beach property. Only the River House Balapitiya, which is not kid-friendly runs this place close.”
