Security deposit: Upon arrival at the villa you may be required to pay a security deposit. The security deposit, if applicable, will be returned to you prior to departure or as agreed less any extra charges or costs for accidental damage to the property.

Check-in/out

• Usual Check-in after 2.00 pm and Check out – Before 11.00 am
• Late check-outs up to 6.00 pm may incur a half-day charge, after 6.00 pm a full day may be charged.
• Every effort will be made to accommodate other check-in/out times but this will depend on availability.

“This was our first trip to Sri Lanka and we came for our daughters wedding. We are from Sydney Australia and shared the house with family from the Uk. After much research, we chose the House for its location, large bedrooms, and roomy layout and we were extremely happy with our choice. From the moment we arrived Don and his team looked after us brilliantly and the Sri Lankan food they created was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much effort. The Villa was extremely clean, quiet and we loved the raised terrace area in the garden. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent. The pretty beach outside the Villa was safe to swim in and even had turtles one day. We would have no hesitation recommending this Villa and we will return in the near future. The only negative point was the swimming pool ladder only had two steps making it very difficult for guests with knee issues to get out of the pool.”

“We stayed here with family, for our niece’s wedding. All four bedrooms are very large, beautiful and have huge private bathrooms. Three have direct sea views and the other an indirect view. A/c in all bedrooms. There is an upstairs sitting room and balcony, as well as the huge downstairs living area, and verandah.
The pool is great but could use proper steps in, for those with reduced mobility. The garden is large and we loved the raised seating area overlooking the beach. Morning tea/coffee there every day was a treat. There is direct access to the beach, which is safe to swim from. The sea was beautiful.
But what really made this a stand out experience was the staff. Don, chef Indika, and Gamini were there 24/7 and looked after us so well.
I’d never stayed in a villa with staff before, and I absolutely loved it. They were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, we were waited on very attentively, but unobtrusively. The meals Indika served us were fabulous. Our laundry was washed, dried, ironed and returned. The place was spotlessly clean. They were able to help us with anything we needed. I’d go back without hesitation.”

“The House is magnificent! A fantastic location with world-class waves literally on the doorstep. The Villas team handled everything brilliantly from the planning and organisation to the day-to-day service from the team at the villa: Don, Indika and Gamini. Everything was perfect for our special stay. We celebrated Christmas, New Year and a 50th birthday with two families at the villa and had the best time. Special touches included a lovely cake, fireworks and traditional Sri Lankan New Year breakfast feast. So pleased that we chose the Villa as our accommodation in Sri Lanka, we certainly hope to return soon.”
