THE BEDROOMS

The villa offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, designed for elegance and relaxation. Four of these are master suites, each featuring California King beds (203.2 × 182.88 cm), accommodating eight guests in total. These rooms boast serene ocean or garden views, with three enjoying luxurious bathtubs facing the Indian Ocean and one offering a seamless indoor-outdoor rain shower experience.

The fifth bedroom is a versatile triple room, ideal for a couple with a child or three children sharing, furnished with three California single beds (188 × 93 cm) for ultimate comfort.

Every bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as coffee machines, plush bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers for added convenience.

For large group stays, the villa can be combined with its neighbouring Villa 60, creating a nine-bedroom beachfront estate that comfortably accommodates up to 29 guests, with additional beds available on request.

Security deposit: Upon arrival at the villa you may be required to pay a security deposit. The security deposit, if applicable, will be returned to you prior to departure or as agreed less any extra charges or costs for accidental damage to the property.

Check-in/out

• Usual Check-in after 2.30 pm and Check out – By 10.30 am
• Late check-outs up to 6.00 pm may incur a half-day charge, after 6.00 pm a full day may be charged.
• Every effort will be made to accommodate other check-in/out times but this will depend on availability.
