By design, the rooms within the villa do not feature air conditioning, a deliberate choice owing to the property’s favorable location throughout much of the year. Positioned atop a breezy hill, the villa benefits from ample air circulation, ensuring a naturally cool and airy atmosphere within the rooms. Even on warmer evenings, guests can indulge in a pre-sleep swim in the pool or a refreshing cool shower before settling down beneath the brand new KDK fans. This thoughtful decision to forego air conditioning preserves the villa’s breezy and refreshing ambiance without the need to seal the entire building.

THE FOOD

A dedicated team of four staff members, including a skilled cook, attend to the cooking and cleaning needs of guests with utmost discretion. Additionally, they are adept at organizing various activities such as guided bicycle rides, hot-air ballooning adventures, and tours of nearby tea plantations, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Prices may change based on the time of your booking, arrival date, and length of stay. Whilst every effort is made to keep rates current, they are subject to change from time to time. If there is a rate change you will be informed before a booking is confirmed. Confirmed booking rates will not change.

Security deposit: Upon arrival at the villa you may be required to pay a security deposit. The security deposit, if applicable, will be returned to you prior to departure or as agreed less any extra charges or costs for accidental damage to the property.

Usual Check-in after 2.00 pm and Check out – Before 11.00 am
Late check-outs up to 6.00 pm may incur a half-day charge, after 6.00 pm a full day may be charged.
Every effort will be made to accommodate other check-in/out times but this will depend on availability.
